[Brand Building]

Story behind Canteen9 Logo

It was not easy developing a brand logo that was both unique and easy to recognize. We went back to the basics and looked at what Junwoo and Junsuh, our inspirations, liked. Our members all sat down and looked at Junwoo’s drawings from the past three years of art classes, and all his drawings had fluffy blue clouds. It symbolized the passage of time and clean nature. Most importantly, it was what our kids liked, and we wanted to reflect that in our symbol and logo.

Moo Hyoung Cho, the design director, spent countless hours of effort and designs to create our logo. We also asked our customers–parents and children– and finalized the logo you see today.
